That was the original plan, however I think its entirly fair that Appocomaster decided he had to priortise university over PA and as such did not have time to complete the engine (instead he modded the current one to change how stealing worked). There are still plans to recode combat this year, however the item is currently "red" in the plan meaning it is not progressing anywhere near as fastly as we would like. hopefully we can have some sommunity consultation during early R21 on what different features and flexibility options the combat engine should have.
