I agree with Bitcher here.
Faceless for example is ingame napped with:
Black Flag
Conspiracy
NewDawn
p3nguins
CT is napped with BF, p3ng, faceless. blackflag is napped to almost the same. This means that even tho they are not allied every alliance not ingame napped to all these players consisting of the majority of active players in the universe will have alot more incs.
That faceless is able to sit on all these naps atm just comes to show we need a change in leadership in different allies.. Ult/App doesnt give a damn about foes, everyone else is scared shtless about incs
