both xan attack fleets solo 3 races? how are they weak offensively?
cat is emp so your calculator machine makes it look amazing
the only thing i agree with is that de is weak offensively, i don't want to add a new targetting assignment to either race otherwise de will become to strong as they will have a 4 ship build effectively. De is not the super roiding fleet but i believe it makes it up by being defensively superior. just playing on bcalcs to see what i can do to boost de without reducing an attack fleet
