Well they still use in when discussing Hamas albeit indirectly. For instance :

Which might seem fair enough - they are after all merely representing other people's viewpoints. However, as far as I know when they are talking about Israel (or Israel's political parties) they don't say "Israel...considered a terrorist state by many Palestenians". Or the United States "...considered to be a source of terrorist crimes by many millions of people" for that matter.

Media Lens made a smilar point about the BBC coverage of Chavez. To summarise their point : Chavez is "the left wing leader of Venezuala" while Blair or Bush are simply the PM or President. It normalises one sides representation at the expense of the other.
