how long-term are you thinking then?

The guy in the article is arguing that an economic collapse will be very apparent by this summer.

It was interesting that a lot of the US closed down on monday when the illegal immigrants went on strike.
If a large amount of the country can no longer afford to drive to work, what would happen then? 3 day weeks? I can see some significant knock-on effects.
