Hcs usually keep members in line & warn them about starting trouble in public as believe it or not it does representative.
Its like if ever commit a crime in public with a school uniform...lets say the public seeing you fight does it reflect bad on the school ofcourse it does.
Usually the school will have a go at that certain member & alliances used to keep members from posting crap in the past.
