Spore had incs aswell last round.
Im not even sure if the HCs of the allies not hitting Ult/FL block know how the stats in rounds like this effects joint efforts on alliances with big value lead.
Looking at the race/ship strat of the top 2, they are gonna be HARD to roid later on.
