Actually that's slightly incorrect. Warring peng initially gave you negative days. Especially then first hit you. After you adapted build etc and out value'd little p3n you made growth 2/3/4% a day.
Since p3ng doesn't hit you and decided to War Norseless with Rainbows/Ult and whoever else is gang banging them you have 0 incommings. That and the Warring mining page & popping bonuses shows the 20% growth
