Please note they already consider buying a new firewall.
Despite all the hassle we´ve had I´m fairly pleased with how Jagex deals with the situation. The information flow seems better than anything I´ve experienced since Spinner sold PA, and I feel like I´m being treated as a valued customer for once in my PA life
