I've seen a few DC's in my time, but Paisley from Subh really stands out as an exceptional officer if nothing than from the sheer effort he puts into his work. Somehow, Paisley manages to pull rabbits from all over the place (having sucked the proverbial hat dry already
), and does wonders with the limited ships he has available. A Top notch DC even if he isnt in the "top echelon" of alliances.
