Strongly disagree. I reckon they'll become the second party of opposition either at this election or the next. Yesterday's by-elections had the Lib Dems winning in the cities which is highly unusual. Labour took a hammering. I don't see the Tories holding onto anything outside Southern, upper-class rural areas by 2010.
