Akyla stretches out on her bed shuffling through a few files. Her experience taught her long ago to avoid any main areas at boarding times. She had heard this welcome speech so many times she could almost recite it from memory however she couldn't help but smile at the captains jokes. They still had their humor especially for those who knew them so well. Sighing a little, she mumbles to herself, eagar to get this years voyage underway.
