I've never really enjoyed pnaps even coming from my own alliance - but they are a huge help in terms of winning a round. Its things like breaking them just because you are just outside t20 in roidcount that really disgust me, and why I will never have any respect for eXilition.

Any agreement made with eXi is good for as long as eXi decide to honor it. If eXi decides to break the agreement you have 7-9 ticks notice before they land.
There once was a time when NoS was #1 and had a NAP with eXi not to attack but we all know how round 13 ended. Even when dealing with individuals things have not changed about eXi.
