Visual PinMame is pretty cool. Needs a bit of configuring but you do get to play real pinball tables. The table roms are (or at least used to be) freely downloadable - I think this is due to allowing Legit Pinball table owners to fix the roms on the tables.

Also Visual PinMame is built on Visual Pinball which is a vb scripted 3d pinball table creator, so there is a large selection of tables being built by various people which are not actually commercial builds. Someone is working on the Pinball Dreams tables for this too
