You sound like you have been listening to too much Deloitte personel managers bullshit.

I find swimming best for relaxing. It's something I enjoy, no distractions and you can tire yourself out a bit which seems to help in situations like that. Games like FM/CM just manage to work me up even more when I am already a bit stressed.
