In defense of the MH team and ACE, I can add that I got my planet closed at the start of havoc for crashing my fleet deliberately, with the intend of giving that person my value, as I donīt care for playing havoc.
So behold paisley they actually do close a planet here and there...i think the right question prolly would be, why are CERTAIN planets allowed to do it unhindered ?
