i am against priv/random gals simply because i am against full private gals - it will once more concentrate the elite players in a few galaxies and everyone else struggling to compete
while the public gals get unhittable too - with more and more planets added
meanwhile the private gals of the semi-actives will be everyone`s farms
DO THIS:
full random or
buddypacks of 3-4 players max
no exiling (or like said limited to 2-3 try´s)
no late signing
FUN for ALL
