Dude, with all due respect, which appears to be very little, how could you possibly think that? The wheels of the plane, the only part attached to the runway, are in no way important to it's motion. They only exist to allow the plane to roll. Therefore when the plane is under motion as a result of force generated by it's engines through it's wings all the conveyor belt is doing is moving the wheels twice as fast as they would be rotating otherwise.
Similarly, if the conveyor belt was going forward then the plane would not move or take off twice as fast. In fact if the conveyor belt was matching the speed exactly then the wheels would not be moving at all.
Honest to God dude, you know I like you but I honestly and truly weep for the children.
