When playing in BF, only 5 in 60 wouldnt answer calls. Ult is probably the same, in FL, a bit more. This feature probably only affected those alliances making it easier to do what they were already...

I think the main difference is not in how many incs FL and Ult can DC in one night, but how many nights with more than 200 incs each can endure and Ultores can endure a lot more nights.
