Depends on your training schedule, food and your own body. An untrained skinny body will oftenly show development after already a month. When you got more fat it's harder to notice on the short term....

Ofcourse the above mentioned players are still English but you have to admit that Koen has a point here. The English competition isn't exactly considered as real English for the rest of the world...
