no, what is posted is correct, the counter on the alliance scan log is counting all scans the alliance has paid for, that includes blocked scans.
That list is of only successful scans

Moving the "new" option to the bottom would require quite a bit of changes.

unfortunately there's no easy way to keep the old behavior of "skipping" the fleet select when there's just one fleet while maintaining the option for adding directly to a new one.

it's not generated in other skins because those skins doesn't have a custom "header", but the r32 does.

yep, with group scans it'll load the data from any planet, development, incoming, unit/adv unit scans that's in the group.

there's one rather large issue you forget about ads, ppl block them, meaning we'd take a income hit just by ppl not wanting to display them.

yes, there is an issue with the forum editor and opera 9.5 so they must have changed something in that version.

The skin system changed so all the old skins have to be remade to fit.
The old skins use a lot of images with text, and that text has to be updated both for the menu and page titles.

yes, it was fixed in tick 84 or so, appoco spent an hour going over combats and fixing things, and those which had things added/removed should have a ingame mail from him

there was an issue with the ticker using the wrong combat engine, it used the old one and not the new, that is why there doesn't seem to be a t2 "firing".

the problem isn't that the page wouldn't be "that much wider", its that it would be wider.
