Re: a research/construction queueing system

The initial idea has been weakened so much by people wanting to add penalties that it would be an entire waste of time trying to implement it.

The more dedicated players wouldn't want anyone else...

Re: Maxmising your XP

Are any of these bugs being fixed for any future round?

Hiding resources in ship production could be easily fixed with the planet scan. Lowering score before battle could be prevented with...

Re: A covert op to mess with prelaunched fleets

Although it's an interesting idea, my main concern is that it would harm the more casual player in the weaker alliances.

Covert ops are all targetted at doing some damage to planets, not screwing...

Re: Resources allowed to have stocked.

The tactic of resource stockpiling is okay, but surely there some be some penalty associated with it? At the moment it's just a huge advantage to the planet.

Maybe a resource cap could be added,...

Re: MoW and MoC positions.

Why not just get rid of them as they are? I'd suggest the following:

Galaxies can have a Galaxy Commander as normal, who is voted for.
The GC can appoint 2 ministers, neither of which has a...

Re: Random Golden Asteroid Distribution

Any real point?

A small planet who gets a golden roid will just lose it as fast as a player in 1:1.

Re: Complete Overhaul of Pa

The winning player/galaxy would say "thanks to my alliance, (alliance name), for helping". Even if alliances don't get a -1 ETA bonus, those galaxies in an alliance would find it in their interest...

Re: Complete Overhaul of Pa

Alliances would still exist out of the game to ensure their galaxies remain in the top 10. They'd consider it a victory that their alliance managed to get the most high scoring galaxies. All they'd...

Re: OOGOOA/alliance fund

Unsure on the restrictions, they seem quite severe.

One alternative to reduce all abuse with the alliance fund is to perhaps change it into an alliance tax. It could be set to a small percentage...

Re: Changes to alliance scoring system

Two options for this one.

First one would be to add a minimum score for a planet in an alliance. If a a player joins at 1,000,000, gets bashed down to 500,000 - the alliance would lose no score....

Re: Changes to alliance scoring system

The idea has been discussed a bit in this thread (page 9).

The alliance would still keep the score they've gained whilst the planet was in their alliance. It's a measurement of what the alliance...

Changes to alliance scoring system

At the moment an alliances score is merely the sum of all its planets. Alliances can use this system to keep planets out of a tag to keep their score low, then move them back in to increase their...

The easiest thing to monitor is the rate of actions from non-authed users. If there...
