It's easily possible to scale images down to a certain max heigth and width, while keeping the aspect ratio, if they're too big. No need to stretch images, it's ugly.

I think the stats would really need a 2nd and 3rd init, too, else the low init ships will become too powerful. An efficiency multiplicator for 2nd or 3rd target damage would do good, too, imho. And...

I like to just remove anything not important to a game. In any game. That's why I use opera text-only. But I guess the looks are important for people that are less competitively oriented.

IMO Xan and Cat are both very strong, but as Cat is very effective against Xan, I guess a Cat will have the upper hand.

Well well I guess both ways would work, but in any way, xp whoring shouldn't be an option if you want to play in the top ranks...everyone who disagrees is an xp whore in the top ranks ;).

What most people here seem to forget is that if you attack a larger planet (higher value that is), he is very likely to have more roids than a smaller planet (low value that is).

If you're not in an alliance, you could do whatever you want, just the way you can now. And as it says in my post, at the top, defense would be possible in alliance _AND_ in galaxy.

As I said. If it says "LT101" that has to mean launch at LT101 + ETA 9.
But in fact what it really does is "LT100". So It's LT100 + ETA 9 = LT101 + ETA 8.
