TheoDD you gone off topic. The topic is GC taking the abilities of other Ministers if those Ministers are set to 'None' (suggested change of existing policy).

That's simple then.. whilst the GC holds more than just his/her own position, the Exile tab should be disabled, and any current Exiles pending votes will be automatically cancelled but the exile fee...

I think, given the GC can unassign Ministers (set to 'None'), he/she should be able to take on the roles of all three Ministers if he/she so chooses. Especially during Havoc & Winter rounds when even...

The appeal here is that it's information that, as a wave, would spoil the strategic element of the game therefore needs to be harder to obtain.

I propose a new CovOp to do no damage, but to simply return tactical data including (but not limited to)
Current Gov't Type (and if in Anarchy: how many ticks remain)
Current Base Fleet behaviour...

--Galactic Commander should also have the abilities of MoC, MoD, and MoW. Yes, GC can already message the Galaxy (MoC ability), but has no access to Galaxy Fund (MoD ability) or MoW...
