there must be some difference between paid and unpaid account dont you think? otherwise you would get everyone using free accounts until they had researched 300 roids, 20 constructions, or whatever...

This wouldnt happen, because free accounts wouldnt actually HAVE the ability to do the covert ops, they can research them but UNTIL they pay, they cannot use the researches.
