Code an ingame mail for whenver anyone opens your fleet view

This will remove the fleet leak aspect from planetarion gameplay.

Code it so the game sends the owner a planetarion mail whenever someone looks inside their fleet on fleets page

Awhile ago, when distorter had 500 cu to build and amps had 1000 cu it was possible to finish a round and be unscannable.

I did this in late 60s, I was a modestly ranked planet (80th) or so.

I suggest adding a new Covert operation at the top of the tree.

"Disable structure defence."

This covop makes structure defence ineffective for 4 ticks

the procedure is (how to put this...) wrong at this early stage in the game.. if it was say tick 300.. and the first attacks weren't so important, then fleet recalls fair enuff

Alliances ranked by value (this is a more accurate reflection of an alliances strength, XP is still there, and the option for a PLAYER...

theres a difference between a suicide is for example a roiding fleet that just crashs due to oversleep/watever and gets stolen/killed oops suicide haha..and from a fleet composing of purely one ship...
