Well you dont play as xp, you check it a couple of times each day. If you land you get a meh+ emotion, if you dont you get a meh- emotion. In a proper round the game means something :)

Pl attacks are already less effective than ordinary attacks.. First they give the planet a clue about their incs, then it allows to get prelaunched def if you have inc scan.

And most of them didn't really "play" afaik they were inactive players who launched fakeattacks with all the benefits and none of the drawbacks from active launching when escorting. And yeah people...

Will make zik pretty bad, and the investor have already gotten a acdc boost so is now second highest in ac + dc just behind the cutlass and it steals into a podclass so it's not all awful.

Yeah etd cr is the worst solo fleet atm. And I cant think of a easy fix to it right now. Mantis -> emp is probably too big a hit towards cat.

Crystal cost, its not about working to balance cost anymore at thoose insane numbers its about being forced to build crystal refineries the entire round as cat if you manage to hold a good roid...

If ter were to have a prefiring anti fi aswell they would have to take some major hits elsewhere as they have really good ac+dc and CU....

The change is that crbs is usually alot more expensive than fico so you cant really send full fico fleets with crbs (unless its cloaked) if you flip it around this restriction will no longer exist...

Making alot of changes isnt a bad thing, its a good thing as the stats needed alot of changes, and afaik he fixed alot of the problems (havent check well enough to see what new ones came up tho :P)

You cant really plan for it, you have to overtake rank 1 around 5 weeks and fight for it for 0-4 weeks. Would also stop the massive launches on rank 1 planets final day.

To exile into a specific gal u often have to do a shitload of exiles(30+). Give planets a max of 10 selfexiles(the cost system is fine) and a extra exile every 100 ticks. And give gals like 10 planet...

sure u can, normal doesn't do u any good over steal when the ranger fire first nyway. What u cant do is compare ac and dc head to head over different rounds, as it doesn't make sense to compare one...

The problem with r41 was that even if you went fi / bs you still had to be terran to do good :) Terran totally dominated this round with 30 of the top 40 ranks. I dont know if a such terran favored...

the ranger is GREAT for attacking. Then again, most races will be looking to attack etd. But I wouldnt mind seeing spider/harpy with a fr on its t2 to give more races the ability to ally def atleast,...

First of all good changes.

Im ok with the high variety in prices of ships between the hulls. since it makes amps and dists better since youll always have the ability to fake your high cost ships...

I feel that all the races are abit good vs themselves except terran and too some degree etd.

the way I see it they both get the same, zik gets +15k in ships and cath gets 15k in salvage. Their both doing the job. Without the cat the phantoms kill the zik. Id say its not stupid at all.

Low value planets crashing same init ship on top planets is way more annoying, should be a bashlimit going upwards, to prevent it in the same way we have a limit to stop noobbashing.

People would pay or quit which isnt good. That package would be too needed to actually play on a high level. Even 1 gov change would make it way to good for people not to pay.
