You're wrong. The dll simply moves the info from the side of explorer and shifts it to the bottom. You can't minimize sections (for example Picture Tasks, More Places) so any you don't want to...

There's another possibility.
With all vBulletins, there's a part of it to backup the database. This includes usernames, encrypted passwords etc. If a certain admin hadn't deleted this backup file...
