Data isn't required when the theory is there plain to see, its not that Xan is overpowered, but the cloak is overpowered.

It was also part of a bigger change on the whole, mix up the ratios of resources for different section.

Initing roids not needs 4:2:1 ratio of each.
Terran need 3:2:1 for ships

I think it would be better to use a commander type role. Where you can hire commanders to go with a fleet, each commander has abilities. Such as +10% to Armor, or +10% to Damage.

EVE isn't as much of a time sink as you think, you can be a lot more part time in EVE than in PA.

Yes its a grind to get the ISK and Materials, but you can easily fly around in cheap T1 Frigates...

Yeah so if a fleet has a max eta of 12 and the fleet is 6 ticks away from the target dists have 50% actual strength, so the player with 20 dists has 10 effective at eta 6.

Currently all roids move at the same time, and depending on where you are in the Universe, depends on if you gain roids or lose roids when attacks happen...

What I see is the fact its hard to players your own size unless they have a class weakness.

Increasing armor across the board would help (yes i have mentioned it before).

At the minute we have the Planet/Galaxy/Alliance DB dump, but i think adding an API style access system would be very useful.

It basically can access all your info (Fleet/Res/Cons/Roids/etc) and...

Yep i saw the 7 too, so I changed the font for that, and looks mighty!

Changes:
1) Terran font color change to gold.
2) Cathaar font color with added blue.
3) Xan "X" font changed to match full...

1) Moved the Xan skull to Zik and added cross bones (not sure if they fit the theme yet).

Considering the R3, R5. R6 (TE,CA,XA,ZI) was used in game, I dont think that too many problems exist with reintroducing them (even if recreating them).

Should have mentioned its a Round 5 skin one that I recreated, and using the opera browser you can overwrite the PA CSS.
