I would tend to agree, except that these alt stats are too rough to make a good assessment. Perhaps if initiatives and efficiencies were done the real comparison could begin.

a/c and d/c ARE efficiencies. I didn't do enough research to know if you offset a low d/c with a low a/c on the ships it hits, but even if you did you're just making it hard on yourself and everyone...

Some bigger tweaks now...

Termite De -> Bs, changed to pod class
-gives cat 3 pods, but doesn't play a huge role in meta class dynamics since the solo potential is quite low.

Anyone that tries to play 3 ships only for xan will not hold roids. They will be weak to fi, de, and bs.



I agree they need some tweaking, but I would lower ter dmg before increasing armor.

There's a lot more that goes into which races are played than balance. There aren't enough players anymore for a decent sample size. 2-3 allies pick similar strategies and that's half the universe.

I have a hard time dealing with stats where fr targets de and vice versa. It drives all strategies toward fico and crbs who only have to deal with defense from 3-4 classes on attacks rather than 5.

maybe self sustained was the wrong term, but meant usable the same way zik fico fleets usually are, which is: very powerful when teamed with xan/cath.

i currently don't see an answer to cath/zik cr. dragon e/r is awful, tycoon not much better. only saving grace is investor has better init. maybe make it t1 cr and de can be ok defense at that point.
