more resources, more fleets, more activity, more randomness in the game.. leave a slight element to gamble and chance..

One thing i forgot to mention that meant to go with the 6 fleet slots.. was...

i thought it was a pretty simple concept but anyways..

with the startup cash that the gal fund gets.. any transaction made.. ie. convert some crystal to metal etc.. incurrs a fee to perform this...

thats easy to stop it being abused. just treat it like an insurance company would. incorporate a 'no claim bonus' in..
put a claim charge in like (pay upfront 10% of the claim in resources)
