Re: PAWiki needs a staff editor

I don't want someone who says yes because they want to be nice and helpful, then doesn't do anything. Baptism by fire is the only way to go.

Make no mistake about it, part of why I've...

Cool. You can make your application by rolling back the 200 or so spam edits currently in the recent edits log (http://www.clawofdarkness.com/pawiki/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&limit=500)....

PAWiki needs a staff editor

I haven't been in a position to put much in the way of worthwhile contributions on PAWiki (http://www.clawofdarkness.com/pawiki/) for a while now, but now I'm no longer inclined to spend my time...

Ah, right, missed that. Nice combo. Wouldn't even need to use it every tick. Unfortunately there's a limit to the amount of resources you can have stored.

Re: 1up's not-ingame members

That won't work. They'd need to have a higher average score than the 'winner' planet, but that's (eventually) impossible. Also, it's impossible to donate a planet to #1, since you can't donate a...

Re: I want a Second Planet

This is a scary example of PAteam getting it. Obviously the time off has done Kal some good. A key thing people need to realize is that 1 person controlling 5 accounts is not inherently better than 5...

Re: 1up's not-ingame members

Just for the record, Ascendancy has a few planets that do nothing but donate to the alliance fund. 1up is hardly unique in having a few planets around to make the alliance fund useful.

Re: 1up's not-ingame members

That problem is exactly the same currently. They could even leave 73 ticks before the end and and add their score to alliance Z.

Re: I want a Second Planet

This doesn't actually address the topic at all. The question isn't actually "Should people be able to have multiple planets?" It is: "Should people be able to have multiple accounts?"

Re: 1up's not-ingame members

There's a bit of both. Cheating is what is defined as cheating, so by your definition whatever is defined as cheating is unfair. I agree. I just didn't agree that we should let tradition dictate the...

It's funny that you cite tradition to enforce the strength of design in the multying rules. I don't see any real strength of design there at all. Sid's questions cover a lot more ground than your...

Isn't that how they justify all the alliance limit stuff though? Support planets is surely to 'prevent unfair advantages'.
