im pretty (99.9999999999999999999999999%)sure
you can do 5 and 6 at tick 0

i just thought u had to complete 4 and get the roid bonus, before you could complete quest 5 and 6

4) Joining an Alliance
Quest: Join (or create) an Alliance
Reward: Gain 4 of each asteroid type

5) Sharing scans

ahhhh the 3 of each roid gets you to 62

that makes sense
