[Discuss] java clock

i played another tick based game recently which allowed for a java clock to be turned on or off.

the clock updated itself by the second and didnt require an entire page refresh to check the game...

a couple of things are the point of this

1) eclipse attacked all my gal except the 2 ely planets

2) i asked my GC, one of the ely planets, if they had any fleet spare for def, they immediately...
