I don't regard the 'roid' part of the formulas the critical one, mainly used it to have all types of killing/stealing. For reducing bashing and salvage farming the first 2 are enough, the last one...

And real score is meant the actual planet score compared to the 'contributing scre' that planet gives to this alliance...

Sure, this is 5.3 Million IP addresses if even every baby has an own IP address. With 1 Class A (/8) net assigned to finnland, you get 16 million addresses. I'd say you can't compare this unless IPv6...
