It's definately an interesting idea, mist, however it will require some tweaking of ship stats and/or roid capping as well.
People prefer to hit targets with "juicy" roids, in other words targets...

That is one memberwise smaller alliance hitting you. I doubt MISTU alone could give you that many incomings as some others have had the past days - simply because MISTU cannot send 30+ fleets at 10+...

That was not in the last 120 ticks, so outside of the data I analyzed. 1Up has had one "bad" day of growing according to pilkara - they "only" grew 3.5k roids there. Still more than most others did....
