Totally agree. #bootcamp is great, too!
And as I said above more importantly meet better alliance players in galaxy. I think this bit is crucial.

You want to join HR ideally for a round or two until your confident enough and have met a few other alliance members in gal to get references from for invite only alliances.
That's what I did....
