Making Sweet Music

I want to make some music on my laptop. I need a drum synthesier program. Oh, and a program to replicate pedal sounds when I plug my guitar straight into the PC would be great.

Any suggestions?

Liquid Grooves.

Don't buy it. "Obtain it".

Edit: It won't do your guitar thing but it's the best replication of drum grooves (in my opinion as a drummer). I've used it on a few solo things for my degree.

Don't know so much about the pedal sounds, but theres hundreds of generic effects programs out there that could simulate any sort of setup you desire.

For the drums I'd recommend Rebirth (free, but you have to register to download).
