Muscles

Why is exercise the only way to gain muscular definition? I'm not lazy as I workout already but it's just a question. I heard of a story in my local paper of someone who bought pectoral implants and is now suing the private clinic that gave him it for around £10k.

Is it impossible to implant muscle tissue through surgery or to give the metabolism a super boost?

There's the possibility to get silicon implants on your chest and bottom and you've got synthol. Synthol is an oil that some people inject in their mucles to give them more volume.

Both options look retarded though.

Here's a picture of synthol king Greg Valentino, he used to have a rather good physic for a bodybuilder untill he started messing around with synthol.

Just clearing up, this guy does get laughed at in muscle land.

Lot's of american youngsters inject it in their biceps to look cool at the club. It looks really unnatural because you get the average skinny guy with a pumped up bicep. It's also rather dangerous plus your muscle doesn't get any stronger.

I've never heard of adding real muscle structure on the already exsisting muscle though.

I'm not too sure what you mean to do with a boosted metabolism but if you want to decrease your fat percentage to get more definition you need to "cut". Eating slightly less then you need. Cutting on carbs and increasing protein intake. When you spread your feeding moments over the day for like 6 till 8 eating moments your metabolism will increase.

There are so called stackers that speed up your metabolism but they will not do wonders, they're oftenly used as a supplement besides cutting and cardio training. The strong ones are forbidden for health reasons but every country seems to have it's own rules about which are allowed and which aren't. Even the strong ones won't do magic tricks though.
