I go on holiday tomorrow (early morning).

I need my E1-11 form.

They were discontinued on the 31st of August.

You now need to appy for a European Helath Insurance Card (EHIC).

This takes 10 days to get.

ps its only needed for medical care so as long as you don't die you'll be fine.

Thanks for the warning, I hadn't sorted ours yet (we go away next Saturday). They claim if you do it online they will get it to you in 7 days. We shall see.

Well you don't legally need one anyway, it just helps if you get chlamydia off some 13 year old when your away.
