Round 49 Open!
 

Hi all,
signups for Round 49 - A Devastating Silence have now opened!

Here is a full list of changes for this round:

-Salvage for defenders now 20% of killed attacking ships and 40% of killed defending ships
-Prelaunch now returned to 12 ticks
-Prelaunch indicator now shows in Incoming scans
-Score-based salvage bonus now removed (though score-based salvage capping is still present)
-Alliance merge limit now 40
-Alliance fund donation cap now dropped to 30% of its former limit
-Total attack/defence missions to/from your planet now displayed on the history page
-Scans you do on your own planet are now never blocked
-Starting/queuing constructions, using your startup/upgrade bonus and then cancelling the constructions now doesn't break resource stats on the history page
-For paid planets only:
-if your scan is blocked, automatically give a button to request scan from alliance (if you haven't already requested it)
-if a scan is more than 10 ticks old, automatic link on every scan to redo the scan
-if a scan you're viewing has a newer version from yourself / your alliance, automatically link to it (even if you/your alliance
didn't do the original scan)

Please note that ship stats and race bonuses are not yet final, with an aim to make them final by Sunday.
