Cripple run and hide
 

Run and hide only available for 1 tick per day, and costs a shitload of res to do.

This will make ppl fear incoming again, instead of simply all hiding their fleets.
The zik race is a joke with run and hide and the only way to do some damage these days is fc.

So do FCs. If your strategy revolves around roiding people who haven't been online for 8 hours, then I don't have any inclination to make it easier for you than it already is.
