What the hell do you do with that amount of cash anyways. Keep it under your mattress? It's not like you can walk into a bank and deposit it without raising some eyebrows. Not much you can buy with chash these days anyway. You gonna walk into a car dealership with a briefcase full of money?

Interesting heist though, well planned, well executed and everyone seems to be baffeled as to who it could be.
Though perhaps they didn't realise how large a quantity of cash they'd get, after all that figure will cause some serious problems when they are trying to shift it.
When the IRA did the same with the Northern Bank, the ended up burning piles and piles of money as they couldn't move it and it made them vunerable.

the exact figure is unconfirmed.

but it doesn't surprise me that sky news would 'guess' a larger (more exciting) amount.
