Can people please recommend some decent pre-1998 films?
you know classics and the like...
Doesn't matter how obvious, I'd just like to make a 'shopping list' as it were...

Reservoir Dogs became cliché, but it probably deserves to go in because it's very well put together. The Rock and Shawshank I'd agree on, and Goodfellas is more of a 'If you like that kind of thing' film, but nowhere near the level of The Godfather.
