His painting courses are on late at night on Bayern Alpha, has a very relaxed voice and is rather boring(compared to snooker).

I'd have to go with Bob Ross. He actually makes Mister Rogers seem hyperactive! I'd recommend Bob Ross for any insomnia. :)
