PA Ranking Multi-Round Coefficient

Hi all,

PA has a ton of excellent data that is largely under-utilized and being realistic, since we are all here playing PA we probably derive some enjoyment from statistics, data and rankings.

I'd like to propose the PA History gets consolidated data pool covering all rounds. Then allow this database to be searchable for specific pnicks. As an optional additional output from this, I would love a planet/alliance ranking to be developed based off a defined co-efficient with an emphasis on the last X rounds.

This will encourage activity in more rounds and discourage end-game trolling 'because we have nothing to lose'

As it is largely just shuffling around data and the development of a relatively simple formula, implementation effort of this feature should be low.

Thoughts all?

Cheers,
Lukey<3
