Does anyone else find res labs become useless? Can we make them last longer for example 1 per 10 buildings for max eff? Therefore making them more useful?

Sorry I don't mean that they have no use.. but I just think they should hold eff for longer than 1 in 5 cons. what do you think?

They still have eff. They are just at their maximum potency when they are 1 in 5 cons.
