it depends on what you define as hard drugs. for me:
1. Any drug that automatically makes the user a danger to (himself and) others (while under the influence).
or
2. Any drug that is addictive enough that any user will be willing to endanger (himself and) others in order to guarantee continued use.

in my utopia, drugs that fall into only the first category would be legalized for use only in controlled circumstances. the second category is tougher.

i think my definition of 'hard drugs' then makes my opposition self-explanatory.

the legal age for hermaphrodites would be found by using the ratio of the measured weights of the relevant genitalia at hand, and applying that to a simple linear function connecting the age for men and women (i realize transsexuals aren't hermaphrodites, but i think this fills out the picture better than "depends.")

i tried to make my definition effective both in societies with legal suicide and those without (just drop the parenthetical sections) because i wanted to avoid this argument.

but yeah, does it show so easily? i'm completely in favor of euthanasia, and i'm completely open on the subject, but really this has to be one of the 'Top 5 Ways To **** Up Your Kid'.

of course enforcing the criminalization of suicide is an inherently laughable concept, but i do the best i can to disrespect them as much as possible.
