Has anyone in the UK ever ordered from deviantart before?

if so, how long do they generally take to deliver? I tried to find information on the website but failed.

no because i saw huge swathes of people whinging about them ****ing up orders last time i looked into it.

I'd just get the image printed from snapfish or photobox instead if thats possible.
