Charile Brooker's Screenwipe
 
I've googled, gone to the BBC website and looked at IMDB.

There is a comedian who does a guest segment in one episode and I don't know who he is. He is American (Canadian?) and is drunk.*

Does anyone know?

*In the clip he slurs a bit and has a bottle of wine, so his probably part of his act
